Kouluttaja: Risto Valjakka

The aim of this presentation is to provide participants with information on the individual and group level effects of changes in work community or -conditions, on possibilites how to go forwards from rough patches and on how individual employees and management can alleviate the possible detrimental effects in different phases of the change process, and on stress and stress management. Learning methods are lecturing, group conversation on how the information content could be applied to the participant’s own organisation, workgroups on stress alleviation strategies, relaxation methods and imagery excercises.

The presentation has been previously held in English with Finnish state information workers and the European staff of MedAvante Inc. The duration can be tailored to be from three to six hours.
